Where can you use your talents and skills to make a life-changing difference?

Family Services:

Organ donation is a gift that deserves the utmost attention, courtesy and reverence. Our family service team is focused on honoring our donors’ legacies of life and providing compassionate aftercare support and outreach.

Hospital Services:

Hospital services coordinators serve as our consultants and educators. Our team works with more than 70 hospital partners throughout northern Florida to expand, enhance and advance each hospital’s donor program. We provide education and training services for critical care professionals that help them identify and refer potential donors and work with administrators and key champions to develop sound policies and procedures.

Clinical Operations:

Our clinical operations team is committed to the safe and reverent recovery of organs for lifesaving transplantation and to honoring the decisions of individuals and families who wish to give the Gift of Life. Members of this team include:

Family Advocates:

Family advocates work directly with families to discuss the legacy of organ donation. This team manages thousands of referrals each year, provides on-site evaluations for donation suitability, consults Florida’s donor registry and offers families the opportunity to embrace the option of organ donation.

Clinical Coordinators:

Our clinical coordinators medically manage the complex care of each organ donor and coordinate the donation to ensure that every Gift of Life can be realized and that those awaiting transplantation can receive a second chance at life.

Public Education

Education is the most influential component of our donor recruitment efforts. Our public education team plans and manages events, activities and campaigns designed to educate the community about the need for donation and increase registry enrollment. Our staff are skilled presenters, information leaders and natural communicators. We work with community volunteers, high schools and Donate Life Florida.
