Job Opening Summary

Provides comprehensive analytical support to the 340B program coordinator. This position requires gathering information from several sources and analyzing and summarizing the information to draw conclusions and make decisions. Provides timely analyses, ensures data accuracy and integrity, displays technical competency by working from various data sources and summarizes data succinctly for decision making. This role is largely self-directed, working within a general framework established by management for analysis. This role identifies, investigates and provides solutions to 340B data enhancement initiatives. Responsible for monthly monitoring and auditing of 340B activity at all UF Health pharmacies, contract pharmacies and mixed-use locations. Assists with HRSA audits, manufacturer audits or inquiries. Develops and fosters working relationships with internal working counterparts (Pharmacy, IT, compliance and others) to facilitate productive exchanges of information to improve program efficiency.

Job Opening Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • An associate’s degree from an accredited college/university, plus one year of relevant work experience required. However, an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for experience. Examples of relevant work experience include health care experience, data analytics, technical problem solving and familiarity with the 340B program.
  • Active pharmacy technician license preferred. 
  • Proficient with basic word processing and presentation applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Word and PowerPoint) required. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas such as V-Lookups and Pivot Tables, preferred. 
  • Must have strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written).

Licensure/Certification/Registration: 

  • Pharmacy technician license preferred.


Minimum Pay Rate - Hourly: $22.95
Midpoint Pay Rate - Hourly: $32.18
