Facilitates financial, clinical and decision support information in a team environment for the purpose of interpretation of key performance indicators, metrics, data points and formulas to support management objectives. Analyzes and synthesizes data from multiple systems and databases to provide information for leaders to make informed and sound business decisions. Communicates and explains complex data and information to leaders at all levels of the organization.
Works with a wide customer base across all levels of leadership to improve operational efficiencies and resource allocations for improved revenue cycle performance for the UF Health System. Assists revenue cycle leaders in investigating and designing strategic initiatives in order to improve revenue cycle statistics, reporting capabilities and overall performance. Participates in initiatives to determine how processes can be aligned with best practices to achieve optimal results, measurable change and a quantifiable, positive contribution.
