They serve as a primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and escalations, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions. Additionally, the assistant supports the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance with payroll-related documentation and facilitating final payments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a commitment to upholding confidentiality.
